professionals alike.

Clay Emerton, CEO

Clay is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources who earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University. Emerton is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy while performing additional graduate work in Public Administration. Clay is a firm advocate of women's rights who believes that fathers should equally share parenting duties at all times, especially after a divorce.

Driving the mission, vision and operations of Parent Road, Clay has developed this non-profit organization with a passion for enhancing the lives of children by offering convenient and effective access to parenting enhancement and intervention education.

Megan Cousar, Vice President and Director of Administration

Megan is an undergraduate student of geology at Georgia State University. She directs Parent Road’s administrative functions and is the supportive, customer-service oriented voice of our organization. From evaluating incoming training information to determining students’ adherence to meeting class requirements and awarding certification, Megan makes the Parent Road process efficient and rewarding for all involved.

Willie McCoy, Board Member

Willie is the father of five sons and one daughter. He referees youth football, basketball, and softball and is actively involved in an Atlanta foster parent program. He believes that fathers should be equally involved in the lives of children regardless of marital situations.

Nina Williams, Board member

Nina Williams earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Art Education from the University of Georgia. She is an Atlanta artist, photographer, and mother of two sons.
